...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

Due to this company my healthy married life is getting worst day by day . My husband who is working in Schneider has to visit several sites that was normal on 2022. In past years there was work life balance as mentioned in contract 40 to 50% site visit but nowadays without informing it has been increased to 80 to 90% due to this we are not even getting enough time to talk to each other and for this reason my mental health is getting affected also developing suicidal tendencies

Schneider is one of the top MNC's to work at and has a great culture of working. It is employee centric and is driven by its core values which motivatea employees to do best

Compensation is not on par with the other competitive companies like TI, GE, ABB

Schneider have good policy, but L&T E&A follow it's own rules, management just keep fooling Schneider management with PPT and unreal presentations.

...t still follow bell curves and all ratings are fix and promote their favorite. Management is unclear of requirements, just wait for salary to be credited on 25th of each month.
