Compensation is decent but work pressure is very high. Client calls in the night. So I want to move another company especially in abroad

The team I was working with ( CCC- NAM) was horrible, didn't find any further steps to grow in career rather was demotivated in all aspects and faced regional politics which was carried out and show through transport and other stuff.

If your Qualification not to much then it will be ok.but your Qualification higher then it will be good for fresher upto only atleast for only 2 year.for your understanding in indistries

No promotion not much salary benefits Each year we're seeing salary drops and constantly hearing budget issues Management will gaslight you and benefit themselves They will say inclusion but will operate otherwise and show it off. Add a little spoon of partiality and politics and conflict of interest
