Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Not at all. They ragging youngsters to secure their Jobs. Telling wrong / false stories to German management and miss guiding on attrition of employees.

No work culture Like German MNC, Long distance,Bond system, poor head of the departments, blame game and managers take the whole credit of work, employee are harassed at work place.All old and aged managers are actually creating bad image of the company. Very Weak HR Team.

Most unethical company ever I faced in my 15 years of experience.. Poor management. No value of employee.. And in name of Bond they simply extort money from employee if you break bond. Just one suggestion if you dont want to make your life hell then dont ever join this company.
