Good work life balance and perks. Environment friendly office culture. Self paced promotion. Free food.

Dislikes

High discrimination in compensation if you are from Tier 3 college and it keeps on increasing as you grow in the organisation with grade change promotions.

There is nothing to like just they give some good perks and gifts.

...so not at all cooperative with the employee even if not in a good mental health. Salary hikes also are just a dream in slb.

1. Loved the exposure to senior people who are masters in their field. You learn a lot with the people you spend most of the time with. 2. Office infrastructure was pretty nice and 3. The food was the best part of working at SLB. 4. Insurance cover is amazing 5. Unlimited sick leaves

Dislikes

... are helpless and clueless 3. Promotions process is the biggest possible pain 4. Salary increments are rare, but the only good part is the Market correction in 2-3 years.
