Initially they provide training for everything. Alternate Saturday off. Good salary structure.if you are in maintenance then the team is really great

Appraisal politics . If you are in maintenance then there will be lot of work load some times you have to work on Saturday and Sunday

The company has a good work culture, the business heads are good, good work life balance, good environment to focus and work, flexible in terms of timing. Sales dominate company. Good growth in sales career.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Better to join the company with a good package from outside because the internal appraisal rate is slow. HR is a good listener but fools you when it comes to sticking to their promises. Your bosses will help you grow to keep them happy.

Salary is very high then other counterparts if you have right connection otherwise HR will give you lower salary

One of the worst company in lift industry to work for no job security. Higher management not that supportive they live on there own fears and pretend to be a totally different people far from reality. Too much internal politics.

...s at all. It is only focused on its own growth. Not good policies for employees. Very poor compensation and allowance policies. Not at all a good place to work in, as work culture is unlike any MNC and conservative. Doesn't feel at all that you are part of a 13 Billion dollar organisation, as employees do not benefit out of it.

...u want to work with prestigious organization then you can join this MNC company. there you will get good career growth, salary, traveling expenses & main is job security. The good innovative ideas company always takes for employees. HR is very good & quick responsible. They taking good care of there employees. With out any training they never allowed you to continue the job. Always they refreshing your mind with training. Overall experience is very good 👍.

Only one matter is your work life is terrible. At month end you can't think about your family and friends. Career growth is happening but very very slowly.
