The good innovative ideas company always takes for employees. HR is very good & quick responsible. They taking good care of there employees. With out any training they never allowed you to continue the job. Always they refreshing your mind with training. Overall experience is very good 👍.

Schindler is my first organization as a employee.2months before,i leave the company.training,support and way of expression every thing is good comparing other organization.i am very instrested to work schindler abroad as quality inspector.i knew schindler S3300,5300-IN and AP products.what is my mind means,i have improve my skills in S7000,S5500,escalator like wise i have planned.but my personal problem i leave the company.under my inspection around 400 elevators(SAIS) certified in schindler.

Salary given while recruitment is lucrative but job security is terrible. yearly appraisal depends on your manager only and not on performance..

Dislikes

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.
