This organization is good for skill developments and learning new way to work in industry. Like taking follow ups for follow ups and do email more than phone calls. But rest of all the departments like Company Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Work life balance are excellent.

The procedure to get approvals Like in our organization we have to ask to every single penny guy to do something and to the higher managment.

Finance department is not allowed work from home & Companys HR said COVID is your personal problem. Sunday working, may time extra worrking.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is not good,career growth is very slow, salary growth is not good. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
