Very relaxed working culture, not much of a pressure as it's a manufacturing company the manufacturing of machine takes its own pace. So the work pressure is not much.

Salary hikes are terrible. If someone wants to join he should ask for a higher amount as hikes thereafter shall going to be less.

Schenck RoTec Work Culture is good. HR Department supportive. Timing 8:30-5:30, with 21 PL, & 14 SL, CL. Work life balance. Head and VP of company are very supportive & good nature.

I worked since last 2 years, more encourage towards the automation, good learning and growth, very good management, work life balance is satisfactory, very good culture and environment, very cooperative Indian and german coworker overall good experience with schenck.

I'm fully satisfied with the company policies regarding Learning/Skill Development and Working together. There are lot of opportunities for career growth with full job security. Work culture is excellent and it leads to great work-life balance.
