But please don't join on pay roll through Adecco india pvt limited, am facing problem in pf they had different pf rules and they will not transfer pf amount . schenck will not taking care of issues they did.

You forgot family only work work work finally work only, Saturday also coming but no compensation off. during interview only monday to friday will told but after joining Saturday also come otherwise you will lost job,.in meeting will tell no coming on Saturday but you will not come means manager will call to cabin and scold very harsh, senior manager no use he is taking with hod and asking to work from us. HR is waste in company, hr to take call on Saturday coming, if we come means to tell to manager hod to give compensation off otherwise don't called them on Saturday. Waste people hR no brain hr and operation head

We can learn how to put bucket for HOD & Operation Head. If no work means saturday coming for sake of HOD.

There is no work culture. Toxic work,hectic load pressure,if we done also no use because no increment. They will give increment who puts bucket for them.Daily 10 hours work,Saturday also coming if there is no work,if you do not come on Saturday means you have to hear harsh words scolding from your HOD or you will remove from the organization by giving slave torture.You can't take leave on continues holidays for that also you have take harsh words such as is this "Dharmachatra" the words used by from operation head and HR giving the names who is took leave on that day.Is HR doing there work or chamchagiri to operation head.If you not listen to operation head or HOD,they will tell to HR give notice to the employees and shameless,no brain HR will issue the notice.If we resign also 90 days we have to serve,if we doesn't work means leave us with the short notice period,why torturing us by keeping 90 days,if we ready for buy out option and leave surrender there is no option we have serve 90 days by hearing torture words harsh.Still more points are there by humble request to shameless HR kindly give some concern about workers.Give compensation off for Saturday comers, release the worker if he ready to leave surrender or buy out.All employees were already fed up off with your no brain.Do some common sense HR work don't go and sit operation head cabin evey time.

In production /Operation department all are cooperative and good working environment. In shop floor maintaining high quality safety equipment and 100% PPE adherence. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. Nice working Culture. Flexible timings. Friendly management. Highly recommend for new joiners Happy to work in production department, Excellent 3months rolling plan available. so we can plan accordingly. Will get Immediate solution for any manufacturing issues.
