Media department has got a very superior head but her team is super weak, most of people are unwilling to learn anything new Media planning started finally and we learnt some great way to make media approaches, optimize a campaign, how to push clients, effective client communications Because she made me learn foundations of planning, I could land up a high paying job and get out from this insecured low pay job clients are good will return only if few people from team are permanently removed causing only noise within the team, sitting at a super high salary but not helping in anyways, not accountable in any ways, and yes when they can match pay with rest industry standard.

HR Policies Low Pay people are very gossipy poor scope of work, 4-5 people working for a small clients job insecurity too many client attritions

Likes

- The peers are really lovely. Always open to having an intellectual conversation. You can approach literally anyone and see how you can collaborate on a given task with them - No Micromanagement: You can sign in before 12 and leave anytime as long as you know how to get your work done

Dislikes

...ur requirement. The Senior management will sleep on it till it goes out of hand - Salary hike is extremely poor for the work you put in. Definitely not performance based

I love the young, dynamic, open culture and the learning opportunities I get here. It's great to get a chance to work on some great brands. I also appreciate the fact that your learning is not just limited to your vertical; employees can grow and develop new skills with the various in-house teams.

Dislikes

I'd like to have a better work-life balance in terms of work hours. Compensation can be better.

You get to learn a lot especially from the people around you. The culture is learning centric and resources are available if you want to try something new like AI.

Dislikes

Salary, appraisal, delay in response by the HR team, sometimes micro managing of eveytjing you do.
