Hopeless working culture. People having 15+ yrs of experience with 0 knowledge. And have Ego on the 7th floor. Diploma holders became manager by favouritism and do micro management. No planning only fire fighting. These all things are only applicable for Savli plant. In general schaeffler is Excellent organisation.

Technical Exposure is good here . Good Training provided to new joiners . Salary is competitive wrt teir 1 automotive companies.

Dislikes

Management is never in the favour of WFH . Some employees are hired at good positions , although they don`t seem to deserve it . HR department is useless , un-responsive and careless .

During lockdown management has taken care of each and every employee personally by telephonic talk and gives a hope if any criticall condition is there we are here to help uh this increases over trust and loyalty towards our company. Company provides us mask , handgloves and sentizer.

Dislikes

Salary is comparatively good than other companies but career growth is low. Promotions and increments are based on years of experience not on the basis of talent and hard work. So here hardwork no paysoff only years matter which is totally wrong

Technology wise the products are superior, they are the best in transmission applications design. The people are very supportive. Work culture is far better than many companies. Scope for short term onsite opportunites exist for new product trainngs. R&D is attached to plant.

Dislikes

...have to served on onsite training is too much. 3 months training / 3 years bond. Low compensation. Negativeness spreaded among the people. Recognition is long for your work.

Likes

Company is fully personal relationship oriented. During Covid-19 there was pay cut through pain sharing method (personal leave deducted) and work from home option was given for possible employees. HR decision were taken from central HR team. Apprisal for the previous year was cut and can't expect for this year also.

Dislikes

Company culture would have been more process oriented and not person dependent. Trying to be flexible to customer demand Skipping the development process and squeezing the Internal team is Not good and it largely affects the work life balance and employees relationship.
