Nothing overall internal politics of old employees is at peak.

...a month even. On site no facilities for proper accomodation or food is provided. Salary is always late 10th of every month if theu dnt have fund might go to 15th too. Directors got hell level of attitude but they dnt knw how to keep their employees as an asset.
...associated with this company. Got promoted and being trained for the next level. Timely salary and good employee benefits. Taking good care of employees. Management and staff are very cooperative and assist each other. One should work in this company.

...No fix date for salary even they give salary dated 16th or 18th of the month.
3. There is very strict timing even 1 minute late cause to your salary cut even they punch every minute of your i.e. lunch and attendance and you will get your salary cut every month 2 to 3k due to 1 minute or 5 minutes late in office there is very rude concept.
4. They show you rosy picture of company but there is not one thing that can confirm after joining no job security ,no fix date of salary and no fix work even they do not know how to utilize skills of employee and they can fired you anytime and reason is no work for you in company so why you are hired for the same post if you told anything against the management also you fired only employee who had worked for so long , value for them not anyone in the company.
5. no any chance for new idea or innovation bcoz they have very small mentality even top management persons check and comment for small small things that can never in any company does even if they have HR and other personnel it seems how cheap mentality of them.
6.please join this company at your own risk and back of money you have stored for survival if they fired from the job immediately without any reason you have no other option to run our home.
NO retainment plan for employee. At site level attendence is monitored by Biometric system for 12 hrs. Less than 12 hrs working half day attendence considered. No PF, ESI deduction. During my employment , on 6th July 2021, one of the employee Mr. Anand Thakur expired during working hours but no compensation paid till date. HR POLICY is also Zero. NO EL, CL & Medical leave exists.

ATTENDENCE IS MONITORED FOR 12 HRS WORKING AT SITE. LESS THAN 12 HRS, HALF DAY WORKING CONSIDERED. MY SITE WAS HEADED BY A NON TECHNICAL DIRECTOR MR BHAVESH PATEL, HENCE, TIMELY DECISION OF SITE DECISION IS NOT PERFORMED.
