Being a part of ScatterPie Analytics, I feel really honored as I get timely appreciations from the higher management on extraordinary work I do for the company. The seniors and the higher management is superb and always there to help you.

Since my one year of tenure with ScatterPie Analytics, I couldn't find anything which I can consider that I am not liking much.

1. The senior members of the organization are very supportive. 2 They teach you and motivate you to learn new skills and tools 3 The Senior members also helps us to find the problems/issues (In Professional and personal situation) and give us useful and positive feedback along with solution.

All our bosses' and seniors are really helpful. They help us in getting better in - both technical and soft skills. Transparency about everything is shared which makes us feel more secured.

The field in which we work on is very challenging and competitive, hence work life balance becomes an issue sometimes.
