...The management is trying to meet the MNC standards even though it is a startup. Company is very good at giving the salary hikes.

I just want this place to be innovative and find new ways in employees working style where we should use our brains rather than being a robot which does the same work as it is designed for. We employees should get our hands on new software.

...self speaks a lot. After this the company job security is very high and updated. Coming to pay and increase it offers the company better then most. The best part apart from work is that the facilities provided to employees ( the cost which is fully entirely borne of the company ) is very useful and more than anything it gives a very good work life balance

From the heart, I have been working in this company for the last one and a half years, So I have not seen anything bad this company.

I enjoyed working in this organization because everyone, seniors and juniors, helped each other without discrimination. We enjoy by celebrating all events like sports, birthdays, religion festivals etc...

The work pressure in this organization is high during delivery week, but it decreases after the higher authority considered the employees struggles.

The main thing that i like about this company is its working environment. its like a friendly environment with the management. Also a freedom of work.
