They fire seniors any time by stating that, "We don't have budget to pay high salary". Also at the time of incentive, same statement "COMPANY IS IN LOSS WE DON'T HAVE BUDGET." Again, at the time of appraisal, this time your manager scare you that don't ask HR for appraisal bcz company us in loss. If you do the same might be they will fire you
