...on,I lost my job from this school without giving any proper reason.Fake people .They didnt give my salary even when I took the online classes.If principal and AO likes a person ,then it is possible to survive in the school.Parents should be alert to save your children .Management does not believe any teacher or parent.They only believes the cheating people.No job security .

Dislikes

Management did not know anything which happens in academics and curriculum.There is no respect for hardworking people.If you are working for the welfare of students then you will be punished that too taking revenge in this covid time.Lazy and unworthy people are enjoying in the school without having any stuff with the help of the principal.Now this is the turn of parents to decide..But I feel honored to work for the intelligent kids.But I still worried for their future..This is the school full of partiality and the place of fake people enjoying their life..

Infrastructure is good and there was a freedom available for teachers to implement different activities for the welfare of the students.

Dislikes

Salary was not paid properly and still there is a pending of one month salary.They promised me that they would give the salary.But they didn't.

Compensation is decent, But no growth and tremendous workload with no support, may need to work sometimes more than 16 hrs. General Managers do not value inviduals strength and no work life balance No training programme provided if then employee have to pay for it. No appraisal and zero job security.

A good atmosphere to work peacefully . An excellent support for the teachers from the management. Proper guidance from the principal for all the process of teaching- learning make our work more easier.
