Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The job is secured fully and there is no complain regarding monthly payment which is fixed in a certain date like 1st week of every month but the working hours can varry due to overtime period and the overtime rate is also fine for all but I needs a better offer for my carrier that's why i am leaving that construction otherwise it's too preety for a freshers or a experience person...i am happy to work with them.
