Being a small school with limited no. of students & teachers / staff and with the helping tendency of the staff any newcomer can easily settle down at S.B.O.A. Global School. As a principal, I created a conducive environment for teachers & the freedom for them to implement new ideas for the benefit of students. I like the work culture of teachers /staff. Moreover the clientele of Global School belong to upper middle class who are quite supportive to the Principal or Teachers for any new initiatives brought in.

Dislikes

Irresponsible behaviour of few teachers who were not willing to shoulder additional responsibilities.
