All seniors are play politics and sleep,but take credit of work. MR's problem not share to company( market related or threat). But company say,do this , only massage forward to MR- do on urgent basis and sleep. Company is in dark 🌑.Head office to FSO all are lazy and sycophancy.

Management who reports to CEO is misleading him with wrong feedback and shuffling of employees from one department to another department again and again. Impatient behaviour towards sales team

Caree growth is very easy to get the designation if you have a talent or management skills. Work environment is too good Cons: Work life balance is slightly imperfect. Target oriented pressure daily onwards weekends working too. If they change the domain it will be good.

The managers have made a terrible enviornment where there is no growth and no achievements is acknowledged. It feels just like a work place where is only work and balance between work and life. People hired are over qualified and they are assigned jobs which are no where mentioned in job description. There is no scope of learning in the company.

Its just that thed final product manufactured Is of good quality. The quality team is very good.

There is no any Job security in this company for Medical representative And there is no any other growth in this company and the manager like sachin arora has very bad behaviour towards medical representative they behave like a Dictator. Policy of this company are 3rd class.

Behaviour of your senior persons like Area Sales Manager (Sachin Arora) and FSO(Rajkumar).They Behave like a Dictator,Please control your Senior persons. Please told your CEO to Teach them some manners personally towards Employees.They are totally Enjoying their life with out any work , they not used there Personal Vehicles and save their Expenses and so many Things They do.
