No job security,low salary, all senior are rude All day 10am to 6pm torcher , all the seniors and HR think that they own’s company, neither they resolve any compliant, concall at every 2 hours it’s very irritating, high pressure job, multiple reporting

Continuous salary deduction for no reason, when I was present and incentives structure is very poor and never any senior support me Or anyone, otherwise why I left the company and join other vertical of the home loan company.. Don't want to create any seen but I never recommend this company to anyone, even HR policy was very poor.. I was performed very well and no one take over me in business when I was there.. There's lots of issues in the company or the guy who's running patna location.. Ok leave it, don't want to spoil my mood at this lockdown time. Thank you.

My work is in branch customer service and give them demat account and explained smart value plans this is my work. I like customer service.

...t value plans because customer not interested doing trading. this is my problem.salary is not good, promotions very slow, not permanently job role.

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.
