Their isn't importants of old employees. Old employees struggling with old package of salary. New recruit employee get higher than 40% hike.

Timely salary, Easily and achievable targets, Best part is its process and working, High authorities are always supported, Office head also very supportive person.

Inner politics, team leaders attitude towards employee, SM is not trustable.

I have 6yers experience hear but salary not satisfied ,new joinee are getting more then me almost double for same position There is a bond of 6 years with this company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
