HR Not Supporting . CH And RH Not Helped. Incentive Is Very Low Salary Is Very Low Not Permanent Fixed Term contract. At The Time of Onboarding All committed False.

No trainning at branch level, salary bellow as per industry, appraisal also not satisfactory. No logic behind salary increment. Not much linked with performance., Career growth big 0.

My work is in branch customer service and give them demat account and explained smart value plans this is my work. I like customer service.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.
