...harge blame for less business productivity and the make myself resign my job. They didn't provide my last month salary till today. And they didn't provide my PF account number also. I started my career with so much expectations with this company. This job was my first job. And I'm totally upset with behaviour of management.

...ere no motivation from the management side. Discrimination in the management. Cutting the salary. They're not providing salary based on they're mentioned in the offer letter. They didn't provides PF account number. I was worked with past 5 months. And I didn't get any notification regarding deposit of PF account. The sales manager calling every 30 minutes and making too much pressure on the employees. I can't able to work with this type of pressure in my head there is no motivation only blaming the employees everytime. I didn't get my past month salary. They're blocked it. I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.
