Work life balance is good as compared with other broking firms. Work culture and overall environment is also great. It could be a great opportunity for freshers to work here, as they get to work under a very well renowned Brand.

Very less growth opportunities in terms of salary wise as well as postion wise. Their is not much to learn here for people with experience.

Good to work for new graduates, You can easily balance worklife and personal life (further education).

...tics inside office, Cant find any future growth and can’t learn something new. Salary increase also less. Too much Life insurance pressure as third party product which’s mainly focus. Your boss give you threats if you are not reaching their expectations target as a termination.

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

Like nothing about the compny , don’t go there, Managemant are poor, not job secure. Bed experience for compny

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.
