Compensation is good.i have to attend Cllient calls in the late night. Salary is gud. But in that money half half the salary was spending for transport charges. So please provide atleast 2k fir allowence. Other wise all gud

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.
