I am proud to member of this company. It is good for fresher.

Their isn't importants of old employees. Old employees struggling with old package of salary. New recruit employee get higher than 40% hike.

I am working with sbicap securities from 2 year but there us no growth of salary. I am only doing this job because of brand SBI .all SBI branch are sporting us to complete our target. But also you do hard work for creating leads.

i had a good team and a good working scenario with the colleagues,we had training once in a year at our main head offices (EKM & TVM), to be honestly for a fresher this is a career building option and about salary basic was 10000 when im joined then increased to 11000 after one year on the basis of the performance , travelling is an important thing here as we had around 23 branches to cover.working environment was very good like we feel so free to work .

salary and incentive structure and criteria were so tough to achieve . my salary is 11000 even after being working here for 2 and a half year. training have to be more better ,

I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

Only thing which i don't like which is salary package otherwise their is nothing to dislike in this ompany

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.
