No proper work flow. No proper authority to decide anything. Leadership is very weak. Stupid people promoted to higher levels.

Senior leadership is pretty whimsical and arbitrary in their approach and execution. Have no idea of market requirement or operation challenges of the team their leading.

I have worked 3 years there and giving an honest review... Company do not look for employees satisfaction or appraisal part.. Growth is absolutely slow

Company driven by Vision, Mission & Values. Excellent Team with very knowledgeable Top Management from India's largest Bank SBI and Société Générale, one among the top 10 global custodians. HOD's are experts in their respective fields. Very employee friendly company. Company emphasis on learning & development of staff through various training initiatives. Ample opportunities to grow in company in reasonable short time.Very positive Work place culture. A great place to work certified.

The company provides job security to the employees. Employees can rely that they won't be laid off.

There are various things like, no work life balance, the process is very rigid, everything in the process is manual, late sittings till 4am or 5am in the morning, no proper coordination between the internal teams, no proper handover given to new employees.
