I expecting Long time Vintage Employes Expect Minimum Salary hike. because Now a days out side companies giving a more salary hikes Vintage persons so Our Company giving a minimum hikes of Vintage Employes it will so benefit and no one live Our Company.

Likes

Company is Good in industry. Management always try to give comfort to their employees so that Employee can work Whole heartily. Company always adjust their employees with their performances and allows to change their job profile if some one not performed.

Dislikes

I don't think so that there is anything which can be dislike... Bcz every company will demand output against compensation given to Employee.

Salary hike 3 to 5 % per year.Providing petrol exp and telephone exp based on cader.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, no HR Control , career growth is slow, induction training will not conducted in proper time. No value and respect for out Commer. High volume pressure on target and mental irritation. No any value addition from reporting manager.

Very good policy, good Behaviour from all senior Management.

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

Dislikes

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.
