No promotion. Dirty internal politics. Less increment that too ratio of increment is more in variable rather than in hand salary. Lots of favouritism. HR and Admin are of no use. These people and other senior people think they owned the company. People from management want to set process but they won't follow the same. More preference is given to outsourced vendors rather than on roll employees.

Average work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is selfish. Company policies are bad . Appraisals not fair in this company.
