Nothing to like about. Company hire and they don't care about retaining of the old employee.

Dislikes

Nothing. All the time sales pressure and they always talk about giving PIP. Even mid and High leadership changes overnight. Never go in Banca and KRG.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
