You will get your salary on time. Apart from this nothing is good about this company.

Nothing is good about this company. Company doesnt give work from home, but those people who are close to the higher management get plenty of work from home. If you are hard working, no one cares, if you are smart worker, no one cares. But if you know someone very important in the organisation then you are important. Favouritism and fawning are the only 2 qualities which will take you to heights. There is no transparency in the team, boss will discuss important matter with only those people who are close to him. Different department people will be made your boss who will himself not know the work. If you complain to the HR then HR will complain about you to your boss and your boss will make your life miserable. If your boss doesnt like you, he will not give you work and will purposely put u in pip. Competent people have left the organization and those who are here since the past 10 years are so lethargic and useless that you with be able to work with them. The HR does nothing to remove this toxicity and HR is also lethargic. A simple offer letter HR will release after 20 days. If you ask to change ur phone number in company portal HR will take minimum 6 months. My suggestion is, even if you are unemployed please dont join SBI General.

The company is good, the atmosphere and staff are also good and I want to work in this company for a long time.

I am getting very less salary as compared to my hard work so my salary should be increased

Like you can say... Working with branch managers , can see yourself always professional . People will treat you like banker.

No growth and promotion No good salary Not ethical practices followed. Your boss treat you like slave... Officially as per HR policy every Saturday is off... But you have to work on each Saturday as per your boss. Nothing to learn .

Salary on time. Banca channel target goes on auto mode if you have good relationship with managers.

Overloaded targets, terrible managers. Considering Insurance sectors, plenty of works in your working time.Unwanted VCs by senior that can disturb your work flow each day. Salary is very less compared to other companies.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
