Sbi franchise is good place to work with Culture is ok company policy is also ok sbi brand name is also powerful . But it is not sbi So u have to think like that.

Dislikes

Sbi franchise has become such big brand that now they actually becoming tyrant . It is only abt targets and no other thing matters them . I worked for 18 years established dehradun . Saharanpur , office and worked in Delhi also but not got the due and respect I should have got .it is ok for me I have learnt lot also but not got the due which I shld have got . I want to move on in life nd cannot work in a stressful environment .

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
