...ork environment and culture. There is a huge cafeterria and gaming for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year. But this process not available because complete soon but ni hike salary no bunus so

Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..
