Overall SBI Card is good and talking job security 100 % assurance is there and Work culture as per current scenario is changed and company is very aggressive in nature .Company policies is not changing on regular basis and Company is aiming for more profits in this pandaemic crisis for the development of Company's growth year on year

Dislikes

Company has to compensate salary for the employees as per industry standards I belive, still this has not done since 2017 onwards ...

Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

Dislikes

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..

HR is weak in the organisation Not able to do salary correction for the performing but least paid employees

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.
