Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive.salary is decent ,Salary is never deducted and always comes from on time.and on the job training is good.

I m not satisfied with the salary increment,i am working in this company from 1yr.they will not give any leave include Sunday also am working.only coming timing is fix by 9:30, living time is not fix I will leave the of after 8 and 9 o'clock in the evening.i did not get any kind of bonus from my company.transport allowance also I have paid from my wallet, company not give any transport allowance

I dislike about at sbi credit no job security no one sport when you trouble without any mistake you pay mouch more because of senior no one listing you they show you did wrong when they want

I didn't know anything good about SBI Card actually I didn't experienced anything good there. I was from Siliguri Branch.

...iliguri Branch) are so poor/narrow minded people go get a job and experience it. Even I didn't got my 1month salary. The RM & ASM is so bad they all are idiots.

Job security is good if u prove urself, working culture is normal, and company policies updated time to time.

Salary package is low. Pressure in Sales is always on but increment & promotion should change with time & performance, but there was always joking apart nothing else...there was always making C in the name of salary increment & promotion👎👎👎their work is more than 10 hours a day that is abnormal.

IF you do sales and show your capabilities.then u r job will be secured.And incentives structure was great you can earn much if you focus on your target.

...hing for Disliking is growth u won't get any growth here without recommendation. Salary will not grow u have to wait for years.
