Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..

HR is weak in the organisation Not able to do salary correction for the performing but least paid employees

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management
