Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive.salary is decent ,Salary is never deducted and always comes from on time.and on the job training is good.

I m not satisfied with the salary increment,i am working in this company from 1yr.they will not give any leave include Sunday also am working.only coming timing is fix by 9:30, living time is not fix I will leave the of after 8 and 9 o'clock in the evening.i did not get any kind of bonus from my company.transport allowance also I have paid from my wallet, company not give any transport allowance

I dislike about at sbi credit no job security no one sport when you trouble without any mistake you pay mouch more because of senior no one listing you they show you did wrong when they want

From 1st to 25th there is closing every month, there is big risk in that, work on the due date case, there is no time for family, if you have joined SBI card then forget the family, there is no timing on Sunday, I am the collection manager here, there is no problem of pressure here but forget the family.

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management
