Yes the company is following the government rules and regulation of lockdown.but they are pressuring for sales and not getting salary due to lockdown and absence of sales.providing training to us for future sales orientation.not getting incentives on time.more pressure for sales.not having proper environment to work.

Dislikes

Not getting salary due to lockdown .never got salary on time. Working hours are always increase due to less sale.manager are not supportive. Management is not good. Incentive and bouchers are not provided .working environment are always bad no safety for staff.

It was a very good organisation when it was with GE Capital, but currently it have detoriated in its set standards and also average in industry standards.

Dislikes

Being a 5 years plus employee, i disliked its salary hike snd appraisal style. Being in sales support dept n in non sales operations, it is difficult to get promotion whether u r performing or not. I received 3l2 awards in last 3 years still get no promotion. Apart from this i disliked less innovative work culture here.

Working with sbi card is helpful to developing skills and knowledge about marketing ,sales and nature of custmors.

Dislikes

Less salary as comparing ti work timing and targets. And have no opporturenities of pramotins.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management

If you aren't sale a credit card daily basis. Your BRM always warn you I will terminate from job. Day 1 itself sales is started. If you new joinee you can learn about product not quick. but BRM is horrible on you while your not sale a card. Job security for this job less. You aren't sale you will terminate anytime that 1 month or 2 month or 10 days..
