... Delhi and Gurgaon location. I got selected and received a call from Mr chandel. Salary discussion was done but they stopped picking my call. I was worried and later on got to know that it was filled within the company... My request to all don't waste your time here. Poor leadership and management..

No vertical growth, compensation is poor, you cant even expect 5% annual appraisal, politics as high as you can imagine, vertical leader think themselves owner of the company and you cant go any other department by taking lateral movement aur through promotions unless you can butter them. So called leaders and managers treat you slave and expect you to work till 12AM. HR policies as useless and even HR upfrontly say that talk to your manager for any of your query

Fix 9hrs working shift that I like most, if I talk about my previous organisation there i used to work more then my working hours.

There is a huge discrimination between company pay roll employees and third party employees.
