1. Great worklife balance 2. Employee benefits like insurance, outings, free food, free pick up drop much more. 3. Don’t have to work after office hrs. 4. All government holidays and 42 leaves

Most important it’s not a sbi . It’s subsidiary of sbi only. 1. Fix time .even 1 sec of delay will be consider as loss of pay. No flexible Time. 2. No work from home. Compulsory have to be there in office . 3. Current office is at cuff parade.much travelling is involved. Proposed office is at bkc, Kurla which is worst than current office. 4. No/zero growth for business enablers group. Don’t think higher management consider business enablers as part of company. Most focus is on business teams. Pasf,Dcm etc. 5. Above 50’s staff is arrogant and never want to listen 6. No appreciation for innovation. 7.. hr policies are not employee centric. Over all its not a recommended company to join if you want to grow.

Office environment is good. Work culture is fine. Team-mate are good and corporative.

... listening. Their site doesn't work properly for customers as well as employees. Salary is very low and work pressure is double and work life balance is not there.

Pathetic work culture Old school top mgmt. Senior mgmt and immediate bosses not bothered about your personal life Their expectations are all immediate, Managers don't care about work timings and off days Terrible HR policies, 0 flexibility to WFH even in dire situations one needs to come to office, Rigid office timings with no flexibility to come early or leave early resulting in enormous travel times Pathetic leave policy for the first 2 years.
