...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Very worst company to work with. There is no value of HR policies, no working hours, no working days, no balance personal life, no final settlement after leaving the company, no relieving letter. Company spoil your career. I advise not to join the company.

No reason to like SBFC. all managers are worst in everything. Broken chairs , old school computers eating employees salary by making them victim . HR s are worst in system. Not giving salary . not clearing cases just taking login fees from customer and rejecting the cases. Work starts at 8 am and 11pm should be in office (godown)

Entire company. Yelahanka branch Greatest ASM Mr Devaraj has no money to run his family . Cheating and begging are his part time job inside office.

...hey have also mentioned this as a clause in your working terms and conditions. Here F and F consist of Two months salary and Settlement amount . Which they will try every possible way to not to clear it. No HR is going to help you any of your issue . After resignation you will get to hear every Threatening messages from Senior management . They will hold your F and F , Ruin your Career, No experience letter and what not . The biggest proof is you will find only new employees in the floor .All the old ones are Either the sugar baby or Relatives of Senior Managers .

Senior does unauthorise pressure This is only finance company issued PIP in one month of joining and hold the salary and remove you... I am the witness of this happened

Each and every thing dislike there Mostly seniors such as ABM, BM, RBH specifically Sab apne aap ko raja samjte hain HR bas naam ka HR hain woh bhi in gulam hota hain
