... employees are Honest and punctual.The head-office is little far from the home. Salary was good with increments. But Still need a better package so that the job satisfaction is good enough and experience should be better than the earlier work.Only the performance and Target completing on time or before time matters.Due to exams and study reasons have to leave but still I am a part of the group.I was getting basic salary, expenses and incentives and have to travel the home city and neighboring areas to achieve the respective Target.
