Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...Teammates are supportive but Seniors & management is not good & nor transparent. There have huge work load & company policy is very bad, there have no bonus no salary timing & no leave on weekends.

compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure dose not matter i have to work 10 to12 hours and calls in the evening and some times late into the night ,and there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folk like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
