Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

People and environment is good but company policies are not good they are terrible for salary and not give any employee allowance and benefits.

Dislikes

Company policies is not good not provide any benefit for employees as per government rules

not at all helpful. if they given me my 1.5 lac remaining salary it would have really helpful but. A defaulter person who is seriously inspired by vijay malya would never gave money to the person desereved

It was really a terrible experience , they have not given the salary of 1.5 yrs , whenever we talk about the salary they say later. the owner was in rangerover but they dont have money for the salary...
