...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

Lot of focus on utilising technology for achieving world class level projects. It had a great culture and cared for employees wellbeing. World-class office space which is not seen in any other energy company in India. Company policies were too good to be sustainable!
