I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE IF YOU WANT TO GROW AND LEARN IN YOUR CAREER. The major issue is salary, they give less salary as discussed in the offer letter. No proper dates for crediting salary anytime they want they credit salary. Too much office politics, the worst office to work at, terrible staff, terrible co workers, terrible work environment, too much pressure like a sales job, no proper hierarchy in the office, feels like a telecalling job. The only time when the coworkers are nice is while partying and drinking during office parties (the parties were also very bad and basic)

Likes

They are very process oriented. Everything is transparent, if you achieve your targets then there is no stopping you.. Appraisals are given twice in a year and I received two appraisals. Sir is very helpful and he is always ready to train and even helps us in finding the resumes. No other company does that and I really appreciate that.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about. It's a small but good organization.

It's a great place to work. The management is very nice. They are always ready to help. They focus on training a lot. It's a very good place if you want to gain experience and learning in HR Talent Acquisition.

I work almost 1year with sooo much negativity ,,, let me tell the mature people name in terms of favouritism’s Anupam , Anusha ,, so guys if you are giving number of closures then she will make sure that you will not grow in every aspects,, she is always jealous from everyone,,, second Anusha she will always give to lecture since joining she never complete her targets..
