I enjoyed my 5 year tenure working at Sayre therapeutics. I have joined as an assistant manager and promoted twice and given multiple responsibilities in the last 5 years, which means, there will be a growth, if you are performing. There was a tremendous learning and I am able to manage/run a large team in the current company using my experience at Sayre. Top management is very approachable and you can reach out to the CEO at any point to discuss the issues and he is good at helping with solutions. Sayre therapeutics is definitely a great place work.

... confidently say that Sayre didn't fire a single employee during this period. There are Salary cuts, but I can understand the situation considering Covid and other factors. Running a startup in a highly competitive world is not easy, but I can confidently say that Sayre has done and will do a great job under the leadership of Mr. Shukrit.

Mostly they have no work to give, hence you can be kicked any time they want

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

They hire you after great promises and they don't even give promised salary. Reason they say is they are not giving you any work to do so.. in short, NO work = NO learning = NO salary = KICK you out anytime they want. Me and few of my colleagues are very much interested in knowing that WHY DO YOU HIRE?? For few rubbish work like making greeting cards (really)

Nothing to like as there is no proper system in the organisation. No work culture, CEO is always short tempered person and shouting at employees and demotivating person. You will definitely commit suicide if you work with him.

No intercom, proper internet facility to work, work from home options only to female not to male..
