Everything is Good ,Senior are very supportive .Managers are really Good specially Prateek Chauhan sir .Director of the company (Neeraj Sir) is also a supportive person,I have never work with him but his behaviour so us all,he is humble.Owner Gopi sir ,director Sandhya maam everyone is really very supportive. I'm glad to be a part of this organization.

As a fresher I was joined Saxon,on that time I have seen very good environment, HR and Manager full support to newer, salary increase chances less but senior position will as per on your Performance, thanks Saxon for bright my Future.

The earlier team was good with full of positive people but now things have changed, a brain less HR who thinks she's the boss handles everything. she even decides when the employees should take leave or breaks, she doesn't know a thing about sales and still gets involved. The complete culture was destroyed by her , people hate her. The moment the people there get an opportunity they are going to leave the organisation. Vison less management.

They give a chance to a fresher. Even though other companies also do so. Nothing good enough

The management over here is manipulative. Politics is just in environmen. Some people are here from the past 7+ years and those people have a unity. All the PO scoring positions are vanished before it reaches to us. They always blame the recruiter for not getting the PO and if once in a blue moon you are able to get PO then its the sale that has a good hold on the client. I have spent 2+ years over here and suggest that if you are a Fresher only then apply else not. I am planning to leave from here soon in 2 months

Good work environment and an amazing and supportive team, On job training is provided, Company policies are good and there are no bonds. Skill development and learning opportunities.
