This person lacks empathy towards employees. Backbites about the team in front of others Speaks dual mouth.....builds toxic work culture Does not recommend this org till that one person is there

There is nothing to like at Saxon AI because they won't follow any timing In Saxon AI.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like working at Saxon AI. There is no work balance. They won't allow us to log out until they complete their work after we submit the work result. Sometimes it will take 3 more hours to log out. Usually, the work timing is 8 AM to 5 PM but they won't allow us to logout till 8 PM or 9 PM.
