There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No personal life. No work life balace. So much of pressure that you can fall sick. No job security at all. They have hire and fire policy. No respect for team members.

Team leaders Managers Dirty Politics Favorism Hire their own people to get the refferal and they put them in good positions so many negative things to say.......!

it was my worst decision to join SAXO. So much favoritism and worst management i worked in my 8 years of experience. only who belongs to delhi bihar and near get opportunity to grow.
